Lessors: Charlie A. Duriga and Esther M. Duriga
Lessee: Alsid Oil & Gas Development Company, Inc.
Leased Premises: 79.16 acres situated in the northwest quarter of Section No. 331 Goshen Township, Mahoning County, Ohio, now owned by Carolyn L. Caldwell, Trustee of the Carolyn L. Caldwell Living Trust, dated October 30, 2025, with an address of 14737 Garfield Road, Salem, Ohio 44460, pursuant to Deed dated October 30, 2025 Recorded in Mahoning County Official Record Volume 6708, Page 2167 ("Mineral Owner")
This constitutes notice to each addressee that the above-referenced Lease has expired, that essentially no oil or gas has been produced from the leasehold under said Lease since 1989, there are no producing oil and gas wells on said leasehold or on any land that may have been pulled or unitized therewith. The Mineral Owner has not received material royalties, delay rentals or shut-in payments for numerous years in connection with the Lease. Therefore, the lease is terminated and void.
It is the intention of the Mineral Owner to file for record an Affidavit of Forfeiture with the Mahoning County Recorder if you do not have the Lease released to record within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this Notice.
