NOTICE OF BIDS Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received at the Office of the Board of Township Trustees of Paint Township, Wayne County, Ohio located at the Paint Township Fire Department, 15987 E Main St, Mount Eaton, OH 44659 until March10, 2026 at 7:00 A.M. The purpose of this bid process is to establish unit pricing for the furnishing of labor and materials required for the chip/sealing of Paint Township roads, estimated between 5-8 miles, and for the paving of Paint Township roads, estimated between 3-4 miles, as requested by the Trustees. The Board gives no guarantee that any minimum or maximum quantity will be purchased. Bidding specifications and forms may be obtained from the Board by contacting Karen Raber, Fiscal Officer, at (330) 473-8859, or email at painttownshipwayne@gmail.com. A contract will be awarded to the "Lowest and Best Bidder." The Board reserves the right to waive any informality, irregularity or defect in any bid and to reject any or all bids should it be deemed in the best interest of Paint Township.
