Sealed bids for stone and chip and seal will be received by Sugar Creek Township Trustees, Wayne County, Ohio, until 7:00 PM Wednesday, March 11, 2025, for furnishing and applying 40,000 gallons, more or less, of various road oil: MAC-5, MC-3000, MC-250, MC-70 prime, asphalt, and cold mix in 2025. Bids must be submitted on the “Specifications for Road Oil Invitation to Bid” form. Stone bids will be taken for 5,000 tons, more or less, and include the following limestone and gravel: 67, 57, 304, 411, 1, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, grits, sand, and slag. Stone must meet state hardness specifications and may be tested by Sugar Creek Township. The Trustees reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
