JUVENILE COURT OF WAYNE COUNTY DIVISION OF THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS LATECIA WILES, JUDGE COURTHOUSE, 107 WEST LIBERTY STREET WOOSTER, OHIO 44691-4863 LEGAL NOTICE CASE NO 2025 JUV-C 000040 IN THE MATTER OF D.B. AMBER BENNETT, NATURAL MOTHER of D.B., whose last known address was 2320 E 30TH ST, APT 1305, CLEVELAND, OH 44115 and present address is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that in Case No. 2025 JUV-C 000040 a MOTION to MODIFY DISPOSITION has been filed in the Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, Wayne County, Ohio; that said MOTION is set for a MOTION TO MODIFY DISPOSITION HEARING on the 25th day of FEBRUARY, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in the Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, 107 West Liberty Street, Public Square, Wooster, Wayne County, Ohio, or as soon thereafter as meets the convenience of the Court. AMBER BENNETT, NATURAL MOTHER of D.B. is ordered to appear before said Court on said date and show cause why the movant's prayer should not be granted. YOU ARE NOTIFIED THAT: 1. You are entitled to be represented by counsel in all proceedings in Juvenile Court. If you are indigent or the Court otherwise finds that you cannot afford to retain private counsel without substantial hardship, you have the right to be represented by counsel and to have counsel appointed pursuant to Chapter 120 of the Ohio Revised Code, or otherwise according to law. You may, if you wish, waive your right to counsel. 2. You may contact the Juvenile Court at 330-264-4970 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., to arrange for the prompt appointment of counsel for indigent persons. If you wish to be represented by counsel in this proceeding, but believe you cannot afford one, you should contact the Court as soon as possible. 3. The granting of an order for permanent custody permanently divests you, as a parent, of your right, duties, privileges, and obligations, including the right to consent to an adoption of the child/children and all residual parental rights, privileges, and responsibilities.
