Trowbridge's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees and Assigns, if any, whose last place of residence is unknown and whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on December 16, 2025, a Complaint was filed in the matter of Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC v. Matthew L. Trowbridge's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, and Assigns, if any, et al., Case No. 2025 CVC-E 000534 , in the Court of Common Pleas of Wayne County, Ohio, 107 W. Liberty St., Wooster, OH 44691, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendant(s) Matthew L. Trowbridge's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees and Assigns, if any, have or may claim to have an interest in the real estate located at 283 Cardinal St., Apple Creek, OH 44606 and known as Parcel Number 2700085000.
