LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT MERCER COUNTY BID NOTICE 2026 PRECAST CONCRETE BRIDGE MATERIAL Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Mercer County Commissioners for precast concrete bridge materials to be used on various county roads in Mercer County. Bids must be submitted to the Clerk of the Board of Mercer County Commissioners, located at Central Services Building, 220 West Livingston Street, Room A201, Celina, OH 45822. Bids will be opened at 10:30 a.m. on March 5, 2026. Specifications and bid forms can be obtained by contacting the Mercer County Engineer's Office, located at 4884 Mud Pike, Celina, OH 45822 (Phone: 419-586-7759). A bid guaranty and/or a contract bond is not required for this material bid. One contract or separate contracts to different vendors may be awarded for the bridge material on a unit price basis to the lowest and best bidder. The awarding agencies reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities when the same are to the agency's advantage.
