Pursuant to a Court Order of Sale, in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction on RealAuction.com, Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 9:00 A.M., if the property does not sell on that date, it wil go up for a second sale on Real Auction.com, Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at 9:00 A.M., the following described real estate to-wit: Parcel No.: 27-089300. 0000 Complete Legal Description can be located in the Mercer County Map Office, located in Room 209, at the Mercer County Courthouse. Said Premises located at 220 E. Fulton St. Celina, OH 45822 Said premises appraised at $149,500.00. A deposit of $5,000 is required to Real Auction.com. This appraisal does not include an interior examination of the premises. TERMS OF SALE: Property cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of the appraised value. Required deposit in cash or certified funds due at the time of sale and balance in cash or certified check upon confirmation of sale. If Judgment Creditor is purchaser, no deposit is required.
