IN THE MATTER OF: CASE NO. 26AND0005 M.V. (d.o.b. 11/30/2011) ALLEGED DEPENDENT CHILD BRIAN HUTCHINSON, father of the child, whose last known address is 1363 Terrace Road, Unit A, West Portsmouth, Ohio 45653 is HEREBY NOTIFIED that on January 21, 2026, Scioto County Children Services ("SCCS") filed a Complaint alleging that said child is abused, neglected, and/or dependent and requesting the temporary emergency custody of said child. BRIAN HUTCHINSON, is further notified that an adjudication hearing will be held on, March 02, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. and a disposition hearing will be held on March 30, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Scioto County Juvenile Court, 602 7th Street, Portsmouth, Ohio 45662 and that he is required to attend. ANY COURT ACTION CAN HAVE AN EFFECT ON PARENTAL RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES. AN ADJUDICATION THAT THE CHILD IS ABUSED, NEGLECTED, OR DEPENDENT MAY RESULT IN AN ORDER OF TEMPORARY CUSTODY THAT WILL CAUSE THE REMOVAL OF THE CHILD FROM THE LEGAL CUSTODY OF THE PARENT/CUSTODIAN UNTIL THE COURT TERMINATES THE ORDER OF TEMPORARY CUSTODY OR PERMANENTLY DIVESTS THE PARENTS OF THEIR PARENTAL RIGHTS.
