NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Bids are due electronically through Montgomery County's OpenGov Procurement portal before 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, March 25th, 2026, for Project No. 130063-88, Natchez Phase II Water Main Replacement, for the Montgomery County Environmental Services Department. Said Bids will be opened as soon thereafter as the opening can begin. All project documents are available on Montgomery County's OpenGov Procurement portal located at: https://procurement.opengov.com/
portal/montgomerycountyoh.

The project consists of installing approximately 3,145' of 8" ductile iron pipe and 77 water service stubs and reconnects. Fire hydrants and other appurtenances as shown on the plans are also included. Construction to start by June 2026.

Plans and Specifications are available for review at no cost to the bidder at 1850 Spaulding Road, Kettering, Ohio 45432 or through Montgomery County's OpenGov Procurement portal at
