Legal Advertisement Sealed proposals will be received in the Montgomery County Office of Emergency Management, 460 Vantage Point, Miamisburg, Ohio 45342, until 1:30 p.m. March 4, 2026 The proposal is for Level A Suits and a Pressure Test Kit for the Dayton Regional Hazardous Materials Response Team. Said proposals will be opened as soon, thereafter, as the opening can begin on the second floor of the building. Specifications are available on the Ohio Fire Chief's website under the Jobs Section of the Resources Page. www.ohiofirechiefs.org Proposals shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope identified as "Dayton Regional Hazmat Level A Suits" and must have the full name and address of the proposer on the envelope. The Dayton Regional Hazardous Materials Response Team has the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities of proposals, should same be to the advantage of the Dayton Regional Hazardous Materials Response Team. 2-18, 2-25/2026
