Jean G. Ralston, The Unknown Spouse of Jean G. Ralston, if any, and The Unknown Beneficiaries, Heirs, Successors, or Assigns of Jean G. Ralston, if any, Defendants, will take notice that on January 28, 2026, Randall Grant Raymond, Mary Ann Ralston Raymond, Robert D. Gray, and Kimberlee A. Gray, Trustees of the Gray Family Living Trust dated December 11, 2014, Plaintiffs, filed a complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, County of Warren, State of Ohio, Case No. 26CV100223, pursuant to ORC Section 5303.01 et seq., requesting a decree quieting title to real property known and designated as N. Hendrickson Road, Franklin, Ohio 45005, bearing Warren County, Ohio Auditor Tax Parcel ID Numbers 08-26-100-005 and 08-26-100-004 ("Property"), and alleging that said Defendants have, or may claim to have an interest, in the Property.
Defendants must file an answer in this action within 28 days after the last date of publication of this notice, and state their respective claims of interest in the Property; or the Defendants, and any person or entity claiming an interest by or through said Defendants, will be forever barred from any claim of interest in that Property; and, decree quieting title to the Property will be entered in favor of Plaintiffs, free and clear of any claims of interest of Defendants.
