The Defendants, Christina L Waywell and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Christina L Waywell, whose current addresses unknown, will take notice that on July 14, 2025, the Plaintiff, Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC, filed its Complaint in Case No. 2025 CV 04001, in the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 5908 Chatsworth Dr, Huber Heights, OH 45424, Permanent Parcel No. P70 01509 0021, ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.
The Defendants, Christina L Waywell and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Christina L Waywell are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice.
