Sealed bids for Hickory Woods Park Improvements due by March 5, 2026.

PUBLIC NOTICE  Sealed Bids for the construction of the "Hickory Woods Park Improvements" will be received by Preservation Parks of Delaware  County (PPDC), 2656 Hogback Road, Sunbury, Ohio 43074, until 3:00 p.m. local time on March 5, 2026 and immediately following the deadline the bids will be opened and publicly read. The  project is for construction of a new open-air shelter with restroom  and playground.  Copies of the Instructions to Bidders and this notice are posted  on the Preservation Parks website at:  Bidding & Contractor Information - Preservation Parks of Delaware County  Bid Documents may be purchased at DC Reprographics, 1254  Courtland Ave., Columbus, Ohio 43201, 614/297-1200,  www.dcreprograhics.com, plus all applicable shipping charges.    Bid Documents may be reviewed for no cost at the office of  EMH&T, 5500 New Albany Road, Columbus, OH 43054 during  regular business hours.  A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on February 23, 2026, at Deer  Haven Park, 4183 Liberty Road, Delaware, OH 43015 beginning  at 1:00 pm. All questions should be directed to Franco Manno  with EMH&T at fmanno@emht.com.  All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes and clearly  marked with the project title.  The cost of this project has been  estimated to be approximately $ 2,672,000.  No bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.  PPDC reserves the right to  waive irregularities in proposals, to reject any or all bids, and to  conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the responsibility of any bidder submitting a bid proposal for the Project.  A response to this Bid Notice should not be construed as a contract nor indicate a commitment of any kind by PPDC.  The bid  does not commit PPDC to pay for the costs incurred in the submission of a response to this Bid Notice or for any costs incurred  prior to the execution of the final contract.
