NOTICE OF INTENT TO DECLARE LEASE FORFEITED Notice is hereby given to The Oxford Oil Company, Lessee, their successors and assigns, as it relates to the property originally subject to an Oil and Gas Lease dated December 10, 1982, recorded in Lease Record 40, Page 13, between Benson K. Beaver and Lillian G. Beaver, as Lessor, to Donnelly Gas & Oil Corporation, as Lessee, assigned on June 4, 1983 to James M. George pursuant to the Assignment recorded as Lease Record 40, Page 171, partially assigned on June 6, 1983 to Donnelly Gas & Oil Company pursuant to the Assignment recorded as Lease Record 40, Page 184, assigned on June 4, 1983 to New Trenton Technology Co. pursuant to the Assignment recorded as Lease Record 40, Page 486, partially assigned on August 3, 1983 to New Trenton Technology Co. pursuant to the Assignment recorded as Lease Record 40, Page 493, partially assigned on November 9, 1984 to The Oxford Oil Company pursuant to the Assignment recorded as Lease Record 43, Page 312, each recorded in the Delaware County, Ohio Recorder's Office (collectively, the "Lease"), as partially released in the Release dated December 31, 1987, recorded as Lease Record 45, Page 235 with the Delaware County, Ohio Recorder's Office (the "Partial Release"). The Property is located along Carter's Corner Road in Delaware County, State of Ohio. It is the intention of Beaver Family Revocable Trust, Dated March 30, 2005, as amended and restated, (the "Owner"), as present owner of a 131.16 acre parcel located in Delaware County, Berkshire Township, Ohio, Parcel Nos. 41712001004000 & 41712001003000 (the "Property") originally subject to the Lease, to declare the Lease forfeited because the primary term has expired and there are no drilling operations being conducted on the Property pursuant to the Lease, nor are there any producing wells on the Property. In addition, neither delay rentals, nor royalties have been paid to the Owner as required by the Lease. Owner intends to file for record an Affidavit of Forfeiture with the Recorder of Delaware County, Ohio, if the Lease is not released within thirty (30) days of the publication of this Notice.
