CEMETERY ROAD, THE CATAWBA ISLAND TOWNSHIP BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING IN REGARDS TO AN AREA VARIANCE BEING REQUESTED BY ANTHONY MATALAVAGE III FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2951 N. CHICKADEE DRIVE, ALSO KNOWN AS LOT 9 OF HARBOR ESTATES SUBDIVISION. THE PROPERTY IS ZONED “R-3” RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT. THE APPLICANT PROPOSES TO INSTALL A SCREENED IN PATIO AND IS REQUESTING AN AREA VARIANCE TO REDUCE THE SIDE YARD SETBACK FROM SIX FEET (6') TO FIVE FEET (5') AND EXCEED THE LOT COVERAGE REQUIREMENT OF THIRTY-SIX PERCENT (36%) TO 40.7%.
