JAMES RYAN, et al., Case No. 2026 CV 00017, Ashtabula County Court of Common Pleas, 25 West Jefferson Street, Jefferson, Ohio 44047, whose present place of business is unknown and cannot be ascertained after reasonable diligence. A Complaint to Abate a Nuisance has been filed by Plaintiff, City of Conneaut seeking to abate the public nuisance located at 134 Nickle Plate Avenue, Conneaut, Ohio 44030. Defendants are required to defend such pleading not later than the 19th day of March, 2026, which is twenty-eight (28) days from the last publication of this notice.
