NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING GRANVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION The Granville Planning Commission will hear the following applications at its meeting on Monday, February 23rd, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Village Council Chambers, 141 East Broadway: Note: The applications listed under New Business are “open to the public” but are "not public hearings.” The only individuals who are permitted to speak at this hearing are those individuals who are the actual “parties” to the matter. The following persons or their attorneys are considered to be parties: the applicant, the owner of the property that is the subject of the application, the owner of property that is adjacent or contiguous to that property that is the subject of the application, and any other person who claims that a direct, present injury or prejudice will occur to a personal property right if the application is approved or denied. New Business: Application #ZP-2025-116: submitted by Diane McDonald, Property Owner, for the property located at 428 East College Street. The request is for architectural review and approval of a five hundred eighty-two (582) square foot two-story garage and mudroom addition. The property is zoned Suburban Residential District-B (SRD-B) and is located within the Architectural Review Overlay District (AROD).
