To Joseph Hyden whose last known address is 582 Taylor Road, Port Orange, FL 32127, you are hereby notified that you have been named a Defendant in a Legal Complaint for Custody of the Minor Children Adalynn Hyden, born February 9, 2015, and Joseph Hyden, born August 27, 2018, entitled Amy Bullard v Christina Gallihugh, et al. filed on May 19, 2025. This action has been assigned case number 2025 DR 139 and is pending in the Court of Common Pleas of Fairfield County, Ohio. The relief being sought in the custody proceedings: an order allocating temporary and legal custody and responsibilities for the minor child; an order for child support; an order allocating the income tax dependency, and allocation of payment of uncovered medical expenses; and granting Plaintiff any and all other appropriate relief at law or in equity as the Court may award.
