LEGAL NOTICE
Green Township Trustees will be accepting bids for liquid asphalt (bid both polymer and RS2) delivered and applied to various roads in Green Twp for dust control. Bids shall include application of cover aggregate with a variable width stone box. Cover aggregate will be supplied by Green Twp. Bids are to be submitted per gallon and include all labor, material, traffic control, pre-brooming, post-compaction, and traffic control to complete this project as specified by Green Twp Trustees. Envelopes containing bids should be sealed and addressed to: Green Twp Trustees c/o “Chip & Seal Bid” and mailed to PO Box 127 Haydenville, OH 43127. Bids will be opened at our Meeting at Green Township Garage at 6pm on March 17, 2026. All bids must be accompanied by a certificate of insurance and W-9.  Trustees reserve the right to reject any and all bids.
