RACHEL HERRERA, whose last known addresses are unknown and all of whose residences are unknown, will hereby take notice that on September 18th, 2025, Plaintiff filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Richland County, Ohio, being Case No. 2025 CV 0600 N in said Court against MAURICE SIMS, et al. praying for Judgment of $39,014.00 with interest at the rate of 8.00000% per annum from November 1, 2023, until paid and for foreclosure of a mortgage on the following described real estate, to wit:
