Brown, whose last place of residence is unknown and whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on July 21, 2025, a Complaint was filed in the matter of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A v. Kimberly L. Brown, et al., Case No. 2025 CV 01881, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendant(s) Unknown Heirs, if any, of Kevin T. Brown, have or may claim to have an interest in the real estate located at 515 N 19th Street, Sebring, OH 44672 and known as Parcel Number 21-004-0-407.00-0.
