NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A Public Hearing will be held by the Village of Covington Board of Zoning Appeals on Monday March 9th at 7:00 PM or thereafter, at the Covington Government Center 1 S. High St, Covington, OH 45318 for the purpose of hearing the following, BZA Case # 01-26. A variance application has been requested under Section 805.05 "Building Design Criteria" Subsection "K - Building Materials, Colors, and Painting". The applicant is requesting a variance to allow a painting of a mural. The variance request is located at 1 E. Spring Street, Covington, OH, 45318 with Parcel ID # H19-000710. John Hackett, 308 N. Wenrick St, Covington, OH, 45318, is listed as the owner and applicant for the case. The application may be examined at the Village of Covington Government Center, 1 S.
