Complete plans, specifications and contract documents are available at https://www.bidexpress.com/businesses/ 52670/home.The new structure is a Single Span Composite Box Beam (CB27-48) with Integral Abutment on Piles.Columbiana County has implemented the Bid Express website, www.bidexpress.com, as the official depository for bids submittal. In the case of disruption of communications or loss of services by Bid Express within 2 hours prior to the deadline for submission of bids, the County shall delay the deadline for the bid submissions to ensure the ability of potential bidders to submit bids. If this occurs, instructions will be communicated to potential bidders.All Contractors must be ODOT prequalified for the intended work at the time of bid, award and for the duration of construction. Contractors shall use the State of Ohio Wage Rates that are provided within the Appendix of the bid specifications for this project.
