Gilead, Ohio. This office is open between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Public notice is hereby given that I, John L. Hinton, Sheriff of Morrow County, Ohio, will sell such real property at Public Auction to the highest bidder of an amount sufficient to satisfy the judgment against the parcels starting at 10:00 a.m. at the Morrow County Sheriff's Office, 101 Home Rd., Mt. Gilead, Ohio on FRIDAY, MARCH 13th, 2026. If any parcel does not receive a sufficient bid, it shall be offered for sale under the same terms and conditions of the first sale and at the same time of day and at the same place on FRIDAY, MARCH 20th, 2026 for an amount that equals the same minimum purchase price as in the first sale. Public notice is hereby given that all such real property to be sold at public auction may be subject to a Federal tax lien that may not be extinguished by the sale.
