NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Village of Kirkersville, Ohio Zoning and Planning Board Where: Kirkersville Town Hall 135 North Fourth Street Kirkersville, Ohio 43033 When: Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. Purpose: Public Hearing to consider Application for Amendment to the Official Zoning Map on the following parcels: Parcel 099-018192-00.000 Parcel 026-069024-00.001 Parcel 010-017748-00.000 Approximately 126.18+/- acres located to the north of State Route 40 on the west side of the Village of Kirkersville. The Applicant and property owners are requesting the property be rezoned from R2, Residential and B, Business District to the PUD, Planned Unit Development within the M1, Manufacturing District.
