NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Pataskala Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at 6:30 p.m., Pataskala City Hall, 621 West Broad Street, First Floor Council Chamber. The hearing will also be livestreamed via “City of Pataskala” YouTube page. The Planning and Zoning Commission will discuss the following application: Preliminary Plan Amendment Application PP-26-001: M/I Homes of Central Ohio, LLC., is requesting approval of an amendment to the Preliminary Plan of the Forest Ridge single-family subdivision (123 remaining lots of 254 total), pursuant to Section 1113.14 of the Pataskala Code, for property located at 5081 Hazelton-Etna Road SW, Parcel ID Nos. 255-067746-00.000 and 255-069072-00.000. The application is currently available for review at the Pataskala Planning and Zoning Office, and will be available online February 25, 2026 on our homepage, www.cityofpataskalaohio.gov, under the “Planning and Zoning Commission Info” tab.
