Damage Claim Common Pleas Court Pike County, Ohio 2025CIV000220-Mark Aldridge and Justyna Embrey, Plaintiffs v. Autumn Darlene Moore et al., Defendants; Autumn Darlene Moore, whose residence is unknown but whose last known address is 15321 State Route 335, Beaver, Ohio 45613, is hereby notified that a Complaint was filed in Pike County, Common Pleas Court, 100 E. Second Street #2, Waverly, Ohio 45690, alleging that on or about July 28, 2024, Plaintiff, Mark Aldridge was operating his 2017 Harley Davidson CVO Road Glide motorcycle westbound in the left lane on State Route 32. Plaintiff, Justyna Embrey was a passenger on Marldridge's motorcycle.
