To DEBORAH K. HARRIS, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS OF JAMES M. BRUST, REBECCA SMITH AND DONALD EVANS: defendants in the above legal action to foreclose the lien of the State of Ohio for delinquent land taxes, assessments, interest, penalties, costs of collection, and court costs and all interest owned by defendants.  The property is OVERLY  Road, Waverly, Ohio. The parcel number is 050479. A property description can be found in Vol 295, Pg 1094, Pike County Records. You must answer the complaint within 28 days after last publication of this notice which will be on February 25, 2026.  If you fail to answer or otherwise respond pursuant to the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
