INVITATION TO BID LEGAL NOTICE Sealed bids will be received by the Mayor's Office at North Royalton City Hall, 14600 State Rd, until 10:00AM on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, for the following 2026 Road Maintenance Program, each bid separately: 1) Pavement Marking, 2) Concrete Repairs, 3) Equipment and General Pavement Services. Specifications may be obtained from the Service Director's Office, 11545 Royalton Rd between 9:00AM and 4:00PM Monday through Friday. All sealed bids must be submitted on the original Bid Documents furnished by the City of North Royalton. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check or bank check as specified in the bid documents, payable to the City of North Royalton, as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into an agreement with terms as specified in his proposal and agreed upon by City Council. The City of North Royalton is an Equal Opportunity Employer and all bidders shall comply with all applicable State and Federal Employment Laws including Equal Employer Opportunity Laws, O.S.H.A. Regulations, O.D.O.T.
