ADVERTISEMENT FOR RFPS/PUBLIC NOTICE TO BIDDERS 2026 Facilities Landscape & Gardening Services The City of Cleveland Heights ("City") is seeking a contractor to perform various landscape and gardening services including, but not limited to, furnishing of plants and bulbs and seedlings, and their maintenance. Work will also include planting, edging, weeding, fertilizing and pruning. All proposals must be received electronically by 1:00 PM on Friday, February 27, 2026. Responders shall submit their proposals to Director of Public Works, Collette Clinkscale at cclinkscale@clevelandheights.gov. All RFPs must be in accordance with the specifications and guidelines provided by The City of Cleveland Heights Public Works Department which are available by email at vcarter@clevelandheights.gov.
