Ph: 614-644-3037 email: HClerk@epa.ohio.gov Hazardous Waste Facility Permit Action Reworld Bedford LLC 7013 Krick Rd, Bedford, OH 44146 ID #: OHD001926740 Date of Action: 02/17/2026 Notice is hereby given that on February 17, 2026, the Director of Ohio EPA renewed the Ohio Hazardous Waste Facility Installation and Operation Permit (Permit) and issued final a Class 3B permit modification for Reworld Bedford, LLC (Reworld), U.S. EPA Identification Number OHD001926740. The facility is located at 7013 Krick Road, Bedford, Ohio 44146 in Cuyahoga County. Reworld operates a hazardous waste treatment and storage facility engaged in bulking and stabilization activities. The purpose of the renewal application is to allow the facility to continue storing hazardous waste in containers and tanks, treat hazardous waste in tanks and miscellaneous units, and continue closure, post-closure, and corrective action (hazardous waste cleanup) activities. The Class 3B modification requested authorization to operate both a Stabilization Area and an additional storage area, permit the acceptance of new waste codes onsite, update the Waste Analysis Plan, and implement a name change. To issue this final Permit, Ohio EPA determined that the Permit and the modification were complete and met appropriate standards. The applicant has a history of compliance with relevant environmental laws and demonstrates sufficient reliability, expertise, and competency.
