LEGAL NOTICE In the Court of Common Pleas, 203 West Main Street, Ravenna, Portage County, Ohio. Case No. 2026 CV 00075. Joseph Bica, Portage County Treasurer, Plaintiff vs. Mark F. Brown, et al., Defendants. Mark F. Brown, and Unknown Tenants, Unknown Occupants, and Unknown Parties In Possession Under Any Claim whose last place of residence/business is 8171 Water Street, Garrettsville, Ohio 44231, and Unknown Spouse, If Any, Of Mark F. Brown whose last place of residence/business is unknown and cannot with the exercise of reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on January 30, 2026, Joseph Bica, Portage County Treasurer, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Portage County, Ohio, being case number 2026 CV 00075 to foreclose the lien for land taxes, assessments, penalties, more specifically, on permanent parcel number 19-001-00-00-150-000 The lien represents delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, and interest on the following described real estate.
