ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID 1. Sealed bids for the furnish- ing of the necessary materials and construction of the project known as: VILLAGE OF KALIDA NORTHLAND DRIVE IMPROVEMENTS (East End) will be received by the Village of Kalida at the Town Hall located at 205 West Main Street, P.O. Box 495, Kalida, Ohio 45853 until: 4:00 P.M. LOCAL TIME THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 26, 2026 and at that time and place bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. 2. The proposed work consists of approximately 3,667 SY of full depth road reconstruction, 2,200 LF of curb & gutter and 1,000 LF of storm sewer & in- cidentals. 3.The Engineer's Base Bid Cost Estimate is $500,000. 4. The Project Schedule: Con- struction Start Date – May 25, 2026, Final Completion Date – August 14. 2026. 5.
