LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that Portage Area Regional Transportation Authority (PARTA) is requesting qualifications for: Architecture and Engineering Services A detailed scope of work is available by contacting Ashley Forbes, Procurement Manager, at 330-678-7745, ext. 110, or by emailing: aforbes@partaonline.org. A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled at PARTA's administrative offices at 2000 Summit Rd., Kent Ohio 44240 at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, February 18, 2026. All proposals must be submitted in accordance with requirements set forth in the RFQ #2026 A&E, and must be received in the administrative offices of PARTA on or before Wednesday, March 11, 2026, by 4:00 PM EST. There will be NO public bid opening. All bidders are certifying that they are not on the Comptroller General's list of ineligible Contractors by signing the proposal page. Proposals from individuals/entities that are presently disbarred, suspended, or proposed for debarment by the state of Ohio or the federal government will be disqualified. PARTA reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, to re-advertise for proposals and to waive any informality in any proposal and to determine the most responsive proposal by its own criteria, as described within the RFQ. PARTA further advises prospective bidders that all bids must be filed on the forms provided by the Authority and that all proposals must be clearly marked on the lower left side of the outermost envelope with the words, ATTN: RFQ #2026 A&E.
