LEGAL NOTICE The City of Streetsboro Board of Zoning and Building Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, 9184 State Route 43, Streetsboro. On the agenda: Applicant, Randi Kassan, at his property located at 10097 Dann's Way is requesting a variance from §1151.22 of the Zoning Code to locate a pool in the side yard where Code permits pools in the rear yard only. A copy of the application is available to review at the Planning & Zoning Department during regular business hours. Members of the public are invited to attend and comment at the hearing.
