Franklin, deceased, whose last place of residence is unknown, but whose present place of residence is unknown and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Elsie M. Franklin, whose last place of residence is known as 901 North Street, East Liverpool, OH 43920 but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on January 9, 2026 TIKVA 2024 LLC, filed its Complaint in Foreclosure in Case No. 2026 CV 00016 in the Court of Common Pleas Columbiana County, Ohio alleging that the Defendants, The Unknown Heirs at Law, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, and Executors of the Estate of Elsie M. Franklin, deceased and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Elsie M. Franklin, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate located at 901 North Street, East Liverpool, OH 43920, PPN #37-06699.000.
