Sealed proposals for Clyde Paving Program due February 27, 2026.

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDDINGLEGAL NOTICESealed Proposals will be received by the City of Clyde, Ohio, 222 North Main Street, Clyde, Ohio 43410 until 10:00 A.M. on the 27th day of February 27, 2026 for the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the projects known as 2026 CLYDE PAVING PROGRAM at said time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud.To become a "holder of record", copies of the Plans, Specifications and the other Contract Documents may be obtained at the Office of the City Manager, 222 North Main Street or at the following website www.clydeohio.org, without charge. Addenda will be forwarded only to "holders of record" of complete sets of Contract Documents. Bid proposals will ONLY be opened and/or received from "holders of record". All others will be deemed invalid.Proposals must be submitted on the forms furnished or downloaded from the above website and must contain the name of every person interested therein. The Proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in conformance with the Ohio Revised Code, Section 153.54. The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities in any bid. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experience on projects of similar size and complexity.
All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in connection with this project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, Governor's Executive order of 1972, and Governor's Executive Order 84-9 shall be required.Bidders must comply with the prevailing wages rates on Public Improvements in the City of Clyde, pursuant to the Department of Industrial Compliance and Labor.
