GENOA TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES PUBLIC HEARING(S) NOTICE The Genoa Township Board of Trustees will hold a public meeting on Monday, March 9, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. in the Genoa Township Community Hall, 5111 S. Old 3C Hwy., Westerville, Ohio 43082 to hear the following: ELIZABETH ANN BERLIN TRUST VIA DREW BERLIN REQUESTING APPROVAL OF A ZONING MAP AMENDMENT TO REZONE APPROXIMATELY 0.077 ACRES LOCATED IN THE NORTHEAST PORTION OF 6870 FLEUR DRIVE (PIN 31724001013000) FROM PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT (PRD) TO RURAL RESIDENTIAL (RR), ZC CASE NO. 2026-01. The Board will also reopen the continued hearing for ZC 2024-05, the Genoa Township Zoning Resolution Omnibus Amendment for further public comment, discussion, and consideration. The applications can be viewed at the zoning office during regular business hours or online at www.GenoaTwp.com.
