DOB: 06/07/25 Adjudged Dependent Child TO: ANY AND ALL POSSIBLE FATHERS OF A.H. Please take notice that a Complaint of the above-named minor taken by the Shelby County Children's Services Division, of the Shelby County Department of Job and Family Services, has been filed in Shelby County Juvenile Court. The child's natural mother is Kandice Hall-Hines. That said matter is set for a hearing on the 26th day of February, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., as to the request for permanent custody by Children's Services, before the Shelby County Juvenile Court at the Shelby County Courthouse, 100 East Court Street, Sidney, Ohio 45365, and you are ordered to appear before said Court on February 26, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. to contest the request of Children's Services or show cause why Children's Services request for permanent custody should not be granted. You are hereby notified that: I. Any party is entitled to a lawyer at all proceedings in Juvenile Court. If the party cannot afford a lawyer and meets certain requirements the Court will appoint one upon request.
