REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Clark County Sheriff's Office (CCSO) is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to provide Inmate Medical Services.  Proposals must adhere to the following requirements:

Thursday, March 26, 2026 by 10:00 a.m. EST
*Note: Late proposals WILL NOT be accepted.

Proposal Requirements:
Full name and address of each person or organization submitting proposal on outside of envelope. Proposals must be submitted in both paper format and electronically via email to davidperks@clark
countyohio.gov For vendors not capable of providing their proposal electronically, please refer to the RFP for guidance on submission.

*Clark County Sheriff's Office reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any defect in a proposal which does not materially alter the contract document. 
 
*Please note the County is exempt from all Federal, State, and Local Sales and/or Excise Taxes.
