27FBLEGAL NOTICEINVITATION TO SUBMITPROPOSALS2026 MOWING SEASON Proposals will be received by the Rome Township Board of Trustees until 7:20 p.m., Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at 3162 US Hwy 6 or by mailing to P.O. Box 5057, Rome, Ohio 44085. Rome Township Trustees are seeking company to provide mowing and trimming of the four township cemeteries and Park/Playground area. The Trustees have approved up to 20 cuts for the 2026 mowing season.Mowing equipment must be provided by the person or company submitting the proposal and proof of workers compensation coverage and Liability Insurance is required.Proposals should be itemized for each cut and trim when all four cemeteries and park area are mowed, instead of a price for the entire season or per month.The Board of Trustees reserve the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to accept the proposal deemed in the best interest of the township.By order of Trustees of Rome TownshipJeanette Gage, Fiscal Officer440-563-3445February 19
