Executrix of the Estate of Daniel E. Young has caused to be filed in the Crawford County Common Pleas Court, Civil Division, an action to quiet title to the following described parcels of real estate.
Parcel 1:
Situated in the Township of Jefferson, County of Crawford and State of Ohio:
Being a part of the Northwest part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 16 North, Range 21 West and described as follows:
Commencing at an existing survey nail being the intersection of US Rt. 30 and County Highway 20; thence North 2 degrees 31 minutes East along the centerline of County Highway 20, a distance of 414.38 feet to a railroad spike; thence South 87 degrees 19 minutes East a distance of 387.73 feet to an iron pin; thence South 16 degrees 7 minutes West a distance of 547.46 feet to the centerline of US 30; thence North 62 degrees 50 minutes West a distance of 284.97 feet to the place of beginning, containing 3.59 acres, according to Survey Book 13, Page 498 in the Crawford County Engineer's Office and Plat Book 27, Page 574 of the Crawford County Recorder's Office.

Commencing at a spike at the intersection of the centerline of County Highway 20 and the North line of Section 2, said spike also being on the Jefferson-Sandusky Township line; thence South 87 degrees 19 minutes East, a distance of 425.20 feet to an iron rod, the place of beginning; thence continuing South 87 degrees 19 minutes East a distance of 364.75 feet to a post; thence South 25 degrees 12 minutes West a distance of 845.22 feet to a spike on the centerline of US Rt. 30 North; thence North 62 degrees 50 minutes West on and along the centerline of US Rt. 30 North, a distance of 225.5 feet to a spike; thence North 16 degrees 07 minutes East a distance of 706.82 feet to an iron rod, the place of beginning, containing 5.065 acres of land but subject to all legal highways.
