IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS TUSCARAWAS COUNTY, OHIO PROBATE AND JUVENILE DIVISION In the Matter of AUSTIN & HUNTER MASSIE Case No. 26JN00040 ALLEGED NEGLECTED/ABUSED/ DEPENDENT CHILDREN To the Unknown Father of Hunter Massie, putative father, and Matthew Vavro, putative father of Hunter Massie, whose last known addresses are unknown; You are hereby notified that you are a necessary party in a legal action entitled In the Matter of Austin & Hunter Massie. This action has been assigned Case No. 26JN00040 and is pending in the Court of Common Pleas of Tuscarawas County, Juvenile Division, 101 East High Ave., 2nd floor, New Philadelphia, Ohio 44663. The object of the complaint is to declare said children to be neglected and/or dependent and grant temporary custody or permanent custody, long term foster care, protective supervision, legal custody of said children to the Tuscarawas County Job and Family Services, thereby temporarily or permanently divesting you of all parental rights and duties in regard to said children. You are required to appear at the hearing set in the above captioned matter at the above place on March 25, 2026 at 1:00 P.M. YOU ARE FURTHER ADVISED THAT YOU SHOULD HAVE AN ATTORNEY PRESENT WITH YOU IN COURT. IF YOU ARE INDIGENT AND CANNOT AFFORD AN ATTORNEY, ONE WILL BE APPOINTED IMMEDIATELY FOR YOU BY THE COURT AT COUNTY EXPENSE. The Deputy Clerk, who may be reached at (330) 365-3356, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., is the employee designated by the Court to arrange for the immediate appointment of counsel for indigent persons.
