Marino, its successors and/or assigns, whose last known address was 3275 Tuscarawas Road SE, Uhrichsville, Ohio, 44683, you are notified that you have been named as a defendant in the legal action noted above. The object of the action is to acquire the property for the public purpose of a Highway Project identified as TUS-C.R.62-00.70.0 on this real estate located at 3275 Tuscarawas Road SE, Uhrichsville, County of Tuscarawas, State of Ohio, 44683. You are required to answer within 28 days after the last publication of this notice which will be published once each week for three consecutive weeks.
