LEGAL NOTICE Jennifer L. Youngstrom, et al., v. OWS Acquisition Co LLC, et al. Case No. 2025-CV-11-1323, Court of Common Pleas, Tuscarawas County, OH Date of First Publication: February 16th, 2026. To: John Does Identities and Addresses Unknown Being the individuals and/or entities who may claim rights or leasehold interests related to the oil and gas minerals underlying Parcel No. 46-00002.000, located in Perry Township, Tuscarawas County, Ohio (the "Property"). Pursuant to Civ.R. 4.4(A), this LEGAL NOTICE serves to notify you that a Complaint has been filed against you in the above-captioned matter by Plaintiffs, Jennifer L. Youngstrom and Jacob R. Youngstrom, as the owners of said Property, and Plaintiff, Harrier Hawk Oil & Gas LLC, being the lessee of the Property, asserting claims for declaratory judgment quieting Plaintiffs' title as to any adverse claims of interest that may exist related to the Property, a breach/termination of an Oil and Gas Lease dated November 16, 1977, recorded in Tuscarawas County Lease Book 100, Page 349 (the "Lease"), and injunctive relief and specific performance related thereto. The above-described John Doe Defendants may claim rights or interests related to the Property and/or Lease. The current identities and residential addresses of any such John Doe Defendants could not be ascertained despite the exercise of reasonable diligence, and therefore service via this Publication is necessary. Pursuant to Civ.R. 4.4(A)(1), any such interested John Doe Defendants are required to answer or respond to Plaintiffs' Complaint within twenty-eight days of the date of this Publication.
