Ordinance # 30-2025 PID No. 107531 County/Route/Section TUS-39/VAR-13.89/VAR The following Ordinance is enacted by the city of New Philadelphia, Tuscarawas County, Ohio, hereinafter referred to as the Local Public Agency (LPA), in the matter of the stated described project. ORDINANCE NO. 1-2026 AN ORDINANCE BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW PHILADELPHIA DIRECTING THE SERVICE DIRECTOR TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS AND TO ENTER INTO CONTRACTS WITH THE LOWEST AND BEST BIDDER FOR THE CITY'S REQUIREMENTS OF VARIOUS MATERIALS AND SUPPLIES FOR 2026, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
