NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed proposals marked for “ANNUAL WATERLINE REPLACEMENT – STARR AND WHEELING” will be received by the City of Oregon, Ohio, at the Office of the Director of Public Service at the Oregon Municipal Building, 5330 Seaman Road, Oregon, Ohio 43616, until 10:00 A.M., local time, on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the installation of 530 LF of 8” waterline on Wheeling Street including the installation of fire hydrant, valves, and all necessary appurtenances to complete this improvement. All bids must be made on the proposal forms, which with the contract documents, including Specifications and Bid Forms must be obtained from Newfax Corporation, Inc., 333 West Woodruff Avenue, Toledo, OH 43604, P: (419) 241-5157, M-F, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Contact Newfax Corporation for cost of documents.
