ADVERTISEMENT FOR TENDER OF BIDS FOR THE TRU-SUMMIT AVENUE/OLIVE STREET MILL & FILL PROJECT Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Niles Auditor's Office, in the City Hall, 34 West State Street, Ohio, until 10:00 a.m. on March 5, 2026, for the following project:TRU-SUMMIT AVENUE/OLIVE STREET MILL & FILL PROJECT Envelopes should be plainly marked " TRU-Summit Avenue/Olive Street Mill & Fill Project” Each proposal shall contain the full name and address of every person, firm, or corporation interested in the same, and if a corporation, the name and address of the president and secretary, and shall comply with the ORC, including 735.06 and bid and performance sureties if applicable. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Plans, specifications and bidding forms can be obtained only from Thomas Fok & Associates, Inc. at 3896 Mahoning Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44515, (330) 799-1501, for a non-refundable fee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) plus shipping and handling when applicable, for each set of Contract Documents and Drawings.
