Solle Legal Notice Defendant(s), Marjorie Steinke And John Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Marjorie Steinke, whose last known address is 2005 E Fifth St, Dayton, OH 45403, will take notice that on January 13, 2026, Tax Ease OH V, LLC, filed its Complaint in Case Number 2026 CV 00198, Montgomery County, Ohio, alleging that the defendant(s), Marjorie Steinke And John Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Marjorie Steinke, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below: Situated in the City of Dayton, County of Montgomery and State of Ohio: And being the north part of lot numbered two thousand eight hundred and fifty-one (2851) of the consecutive numbers of lots on the revised plat of the said City of Dayton, Ohio, being that part of said lot which lies between the north line of the Pittsburgh, Cincinnati and St. Louis Railroad and the south line of the first alley north of Fifth Street running east and west, being the rear of said lot numbered 2851.Subject to all restrictions and easements of record. Premises commonly known as: 2005 E Fifth St, Dayton, OH 45403 Parcel No.: R72 01208 0073 The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute. The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable. The defendants named above are required to answer the complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this legal notice on April 7, 2026.
