LEGAL NOTICE This is legal notice to the successors-in-interest, heirs, and assigns of Lucas, Steven C., that the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil and Gas Resources Management issued Chief’s Orders 2025-407 and 2025-408 to Lucas, Steven C. on October 2, 2025. The last known addresses for Lucas, Steven C. are P.O. Box 282, Coolville, Ohio 45723 and 5589 Fearnley Road, Lake Worth, Florida, 33467. Chief’s Order 2025-407 concerns the Lucas L L Farm #4 3 Well (API# 34-009-2-1599-00-00) and Chief’s Order 2025-408 concerns the L L Lucas Farm 4 Well (API #34-009-2-1631-00-00).
